BAUER STICK WARRANTY CLAIM

In order for your request to be processed, a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Bauer retailer is required. All claims must be submitted 30 days from date of purchase as per the stick warranty policy. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied. Bauer does have the right to substitute therefore, you will be provided with several replacement options at the time of creating your claim. If the exact stick is not available, equivalent replacement options will be presented to you.

To start your claim, you will be required to have the following photos available (the tool will time out after approx.10 minutes of being idle so it is recommended that you prepare the pictures in advance of starting the claim)
